From fat to slim (5): treadmill vs cycling
Just learnt something interesting today from my trainer. Apparantly while using the treadmill for 20 min you burn more fat than using the exercycle for the same time. The reason is that on the treadmill you use your whole body to walk and run. But on the exercycle you use only half of the body weigh and so we burn only 30-40% of the fat burnt !!
